Just resurrected this fixie for life in the (very flat) Netherlands that I used to ride when I lived in (very hilly) Japan... Chris Paulson was one of numerous bike shop owners in the north of England (Yorkshire) who were also frame builders. Apparently, my uncle bought this frame cheap after the tall guy who'd ordered it decided he didn't want it and it turned out to be too big for most riders.
